Agency Partner Referrals

The Green Chair Project partners with nonprofit agencies that are helping provide their participants with the education and assistance they might need to promote self-sufficiency after experiencing homelessness.  A referral from one of our approved Project Partners is required in order to participate in our program. No self-referrals or referrals from unapproved partners will be processed.

  

In order to become a Green Chair Partner, your Agency MUST:

  • Be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit;

  • Be located in Wake County; AND

  • Assist clients using Case Managers
